The maintenance cycle needs to be adjusted according to the vehicle model, usage environment, and load:
Ordinary cargo truck: maintenance every 5000-10000 kilometers or 3-6 months; The first maintenance is within 5000 kilometers.
High load vehicles (such as long-distance buses and dump trucks): Shorten to once a month, and check the brake system every two weeks.
Low mileage vehicles: Even if the mileage has not been reached, the oil needs to be changed every 6 months.
The core maintenance items include:
1. Engine system:
Regularly replace the engine oil and three filters (oil filter, air filter, diesel filter) to avoid impurities exacerbating wear.
Check the coolant level and replenish it after natural cooling at high temperatures.
Tires and chassis:
Check the tire pressure every month (standard air pressure ± 5%), either too high or too low will shorten the lifespan.
The chassis needs to be treated with rust prevention and checked for scratches and oil leaks.
Braking and transmission system:
Check the wear of brake pads and brake fluid level, and replace them in a timely manner.
The gearbox and rear axle gear oil should be replaced every 20000 kilometers.
Electrical and auxiliary systems:
Check the battery electrodes (remove oxides), headlights, and wiring.
Air conditioning filters, wipers, and intake ducts need to be cleaned regularly.
